Project context
একটি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের website শুধু পরিচিতি দেখানোর জন্য নয়। নিয়মিত assignment, অনুপস্থিতির তথ্য, class routine, শিক্ষক পরিচিতি, news, gallery এবং যোগাযোগের তথ্যও দ্রুত প্রকাশ করতে হয়। DHA-এর জন্য আমরা public communication এবং internal content operations-কে একটি connected system-এ এনেছি।
ভিন্ন ধরনের academic information নিয়মিত update করা, অভিভাবক ও শিক্ষার্থীর কাছে class-relevant তথ্য সহজে পৌঁছানো এবং staff-এর জন্য ব্যবহারযোগ্য management workflow তৈরি করা প্রয়োজন ছিল।
Effy Tech একটি custom bilingual platform তৈরি করেছে যেখানে public pages, academic modules, PDF-based information এবং administrative workflows একসঙ্গে কাজ করে।
Scope delivered
Design থেকে operational workflow পর্যন্ত project-টিকে একটি complete, maintainable system হিসেবে তৈরি করা হয়েছে।
বাংলা ও English content structure, responsive navigation এবং প্রতিষ্ঠান, শিক্ষক, news, gallery ও contact-এর জন্য organized public pages।
Assignment, student absence, class routine, syllabus এবং অন্যান্য class-relevant তথ্য প্রকাশ ও ব্যবস্থাপনার focused system।
Staff-friendly dashboard থেকে teacher profiles, gallery, contact messages, news এবং academic content manage করার ব্যবস্থা।
Routine ও syllabus-এর মতো document browser থেকেই সহজে দেখার জন্য optimized PDF/image viewing workflow।
Connected system
Visitor-facing website এবং staff-facing management system আলাদা interface হলেও একই content operation-এর অংশ।

প্রতিষ্ঠানের staff public website এবং academic information একই admin environment থেকে পরিচালনা করতে পারে—ফলে routine content update-এর জন্য source code পরিবর্তন করতে হয় না।
